Some of our more experienced Lookers have shared their best advice to help make your Looking experience easy and hassle-free. Take a moment to “look” at what they’ve told us!
✅ Before You Begin:
Make sure you have the latest version of the WeGoLook app installed and that push notifications are enabled.
Double-check that your account profile includes your correct address and cell phone number.
📋 Preparing for a Look:
Always read the Look overview and instructions carefully to confirm you can meet all requirements by the due date.
Follow all directions provided, schedule the Look, and record all scheduling attempts within the WeGoLook app.
Bring all required tools and equipment listed on the Look overview screen.
🕒 During and After the Look:
Complete the Look on time. If delays occur for reasons beyond your control, reschedule via the app and include the reason.
💬 Important Reminder:
Some Looks are related to insurance losses. Contacts may believe you’re an insurance adjuster and ask about claim payments or coverage. Please remember that WeGoLook is not an insurance company and does not have information about claims. If a contact has questions, kindly refer them back to their insurance company.
