We ask that all claimed Looks be scheduled through the mobile app. After you’ve attempted to reach out to the on-site contact and agreed on a date and time that suits both of your schedules, you can officially let WeGoLook know by selecting the “Schedule Now” button in the middle of the app.
Quick reminder: For all non-contact Looks (like Door Hanger, Notice Drop-Off, or Residential Occupancy Verification), please remember to schedule a date and time in the app. This helps keep both the WeGoLook Team and our clients up to date on your progress.
How to Schedule a Look and Log a Schedule Attempt:
Make one call attempt and text attempt each day for two days. Ensure all call/text attempts are logged in the app. If still no contact on the 3rd day, log a final schedule attempt as ""contact will not schedule" so that we may notify our client to assist.
Log the schedule attempt with the reason for being late and follow the prompts.
Our team will manage everything directly through your app updates, so there’s no need to text or email us separately. This should save you some time!
