Translation Assistance & Contact Attempts Guide
💬 Overview
If a contact needs help with translation, no worries! We've got a quick and easy process to follow! This guide will walk you through sending translated messages, logging attempts, and knowing when to escalate.
📝 Step 1: Send a Translated Text Using Google Translate
When the contact indicates they need translation help:
Go to Google Translate 🌍
Type your message in English
Copy the translated version
Paste it into a text message and send it to the contact 📱
✨ Quick tip: Give the translation a quick review to make sure everything looks right!
📞 Step 2: Log Each Text as a Call Attempt
Each time you send a translated text message:
Log it in the app as a Call Attempt 🗒️
Note any responses you receive
📅 Step 3: Follow the 3-Day Contact Rule
If the contact doesn’t reply:
Try once a day by text and log each attempt
If there is no response by Day 3, log your final attempt as:
🚫 “Contact Will Not Schedule”
This status will:
Alert our staff that extra support is needed 🧑🤝🧑
⭐ Summary
Use Google Translate for all outgoing messages 🌐
Log every text as a call attempt 📝
If no contact by Day 3 → mark “Contact Will Not Schedule” 🚫
Our support team will be notified for follow-up 🙌
