What Does “Virtual Inspection” Mean?

If your Look states that it is a “Virtual Inspection,” you are still required to complete the inspection in person.

✅ This is an in-person inspection. Please proceed with contacting the customer and making your scheduling attempts as usual.

The term “Virtual Inspection” refers to what happens after you complete the Look. Once you take and submit the required photos, they are processed through a program that uses the photos to provide the client with a virtual estimate.

What You Need to Do:

📞 Contact the customer and schedule the inspection.

🚗 Travel to the inspection location and complete the Look in person.

📸 Take all required photos according to the Look instructions.

📲 Submit the completed Look through the app.

Remember: “Virtual Inspection” does not mean that you complete the Look remotely. The photos must still be taken in person by the assigned Looker.
