Background Check Renewal

You may receive an email from WeGoLook asking you to complete a new background check. This means the background check we currently have on file for you has expired or is due for renewal.

The invitation will be sent by our background check provider, Yardstik.

What You Need to Do

Please follow the instructions in the Yardstik email and complete your background check as soon as possible.

➡️ There is no cost to you to complete the background check.

⚠️ Important

Your background check renewal must be completed within 30 days of receiving the invitation.

Please complete the renewal promptly to prevent interruptions to your account. Failure to complete the background check within the required timeframe may result in your account being deactivated.
