If the Contact Reaches Out to You 📲
If you hear back from the contact:
Open the app
Go to the Support section
Text us to let us know the contact replied
We will remove the hold and continue with next steps 🚀
If You Do Not Hear Back
If the contact does not respond within the 21-day hold period:
We will follow up with updates
The order may be canceled, or you may receive additional instructions
