Before You Upload:
⚙️ 1. Enable Automatic Media Uploads
Confirm that the "Upload Media Files as you do Looks" setting is enabled within the WeGoLook app.
To check this setting:
- Open the WeGoLook app.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Locate "Upload Media Files as you do Looks."
- Ensure the toggle is turned On. ✅
📱 2. Close Other Apps
For the best performance, make sure the WeGoLook app is the only application running on your device during the upload process. Closing other apps helps reduce memory and connectivity issues that can interfere with uploads.
📶 3. Verify Your Internet Connection
Connect to a strong and stable Wi-Fi network whenever possible. If Wi-Fi is unavailable, ensure you have a strong cellular data connection before uploading your Look. Weak or unstable connections may cause uploads to fail or become delayed.
🔄 4. Restart Your Device if Needed
If you are experiencing upload issues, you may restart your device and try again.
⚠️ Important: Please avoid uninstalling the WeGoLook app or clearing the app cache, as this could result in losing any photos that have been taken but not yet uploaded.
💡 Additional Tips
- Keep the WeGoLook app open while uploads are in progress.
- Avoid switching between apps during the upload process.
- If your upload does not complete after following these steps, contact Support for further assistance: How to reach us.
🎉 Following these steps helps ensure your photos and reports upload successfully and prevents unnecessary delays.
