Available Look Notifications: What You Need to Know

Lookers may be notified about available Looks in several different ways. Understanding how our sourcing process works can help explain why you may receive some notifications but not others.

📲 How Will I Be Notified About Available Looks?

You may receive a 📱 text message, 📧 email, 🔔 push notification, or 📞 phone call regarding available Looks.

The method used to notify Lookers depends on the internal sourcing method being used for that particular assignment. We may use different methods based on:

• 📍 The location of the Look
• 👥 The number of Lookers available in the area
• 🗺️ Our coverage in that area
• ⏱️ How long we've had the assignment
• 🚨 How quickly we need to source a Looker

Because of this, you may not receive the same type of notification for every available Look.

🤔 Why Didn't I Receive a Notification for a Look?

If another Looker claims a Look in the app before a notification scheduled for you is sent, your notification is automatically canceled.

This is especially common in highly populated areas where multiple Lookers may be available and Looks can be claimed quickly. ⚡

You may be scheduled to receive more notifications than you actually receive simply because the Looks are being claimed before your notifications are sent.

🔔 Does This Mean My Push Notifications Aren't Working?

No! Not every Look will come with an actual push notification.

If you don't receive a push notification for a particular Look, this does not necessarily mean your push notifications are broken or aren't set up correctly.

✅ If you have notifications enabled for the WeGoLook app in your phone's individual app settings, that's all you need to do to receive push notifications when they are sent.

There is no additional push notification setting within the app that you need to enable.

👀 How Can I Find More Available Looks?

We recommend checking the WeGoLook app regularly to see what Looks are currently available in your area.

You do not need to wait for a notification to claim an available Look. 📲 Checking the app frequently can give you the opportunity to view and claim Looks before they are picked up by another Looker.

🔔 Notifications are an additional way to alert you about available Looks, but they should not be relied on as the only way to find assignments.
